A Telegraph journalist sent an email about a blog post she liked to her boss, which was mistaken for a submission for her blog by him. He published it with a different headline. Oops!
Anyone’s blogged, published or produced content for a living will sympathise with the journalist concern. As it is so simple to produce and distribute content these days accidents will happen – a quick and open apology usually sorts things out, but the hot flush of embarrassment can take a while to die down…
