Interesting what happens when you have a moan on your blog.
After I talked last week about my experience at the hands of Continental in Newark here on Open I got:
1. A rant about whinging customers from an airline employee.
2. Modest traffic from Google Finance where the post featured briefly in the blogs section.
3. This evening I notice that I’ve had traffic on the search term “continental airlines customer complaints” – less than a week after I posted I rank number 6 on Google for that.
