So when I wrote about my Continental Airlines seven-hour-queue ordeal in Newark I thought I might end up ranking for certain things in Google, I even mentioned it to BBC journalist Simon Atkinson at the excellent Blogging4Business conference the other week who kindly mentioned it his article about blogging…
But worryingly, I’ve stopped coming up top for “Continental Customer Complaint” now (I’m number 5) but am now top of the pops for “Continental no fly list” – ulp! [Which is a misspell as Johnnie, points out…]
